On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced System Developer who wants to take technical overall responsibility within CRM. The assignment combines deep technical expertise with architecture, DevOps, and technical leadership in a scaled agile environment. You will be a key person in the development of robust, scalable, and business-critical systems.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire development chain – from architecture and system design to development, operations, and continuous improvements. You will work both operationally and strategically and collaborate closely with other teams in a scaled agile environment.

Tasks

• Design and development of backend solutions in Java/Spring Boot

• Development of REST/RESTful APIs and microservices

• Architecture that connects frontend, BFF, and backend

• Work with relational databases

• DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and stable operations

• Monitoring and incident management

• Coach and support other developers

• Contribute to technical strategy and improvement work

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Experience with .NET

• Good architecture and system design skills

• REST/RESTful API development

• Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes

• DevOps and CI/CD

• IaC (Infrastructure as Code)

• Relational databases

• Experience working in a scaled agile environment

• Fluent in Swedish and very good English

Desired Qualifications

• Payment solutions (e.g., Swish, Paynova)

• PostgreSQL, KQL, Azure PaaS

• Testing methodologies such as JUnit, Cucumber, or OSDM

• Location: Stockholm

• Work format: Mainly office, at least 3 days/week in the office

• Extent: Full-time

• Start date: 2026-01-26

• Assignment length: Until 2027-01-31, with an option for extension
